TO REGISTER AND PAY BY CHECK:
After submitting the Online Registration Form, you will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours if space is available. Tuition can be paid by personal or company check payable to "Media Consultants" and mailed before April 1, 2010 to:

If you mail a check to Media Consultants, you will be emailed a Receipt with confirmation of your registration.

If the Student's name is different than the Billing Information name, or if you want to pay for multiple Students in one credit card transaction, list each Student's name and their email address in the "Special Instructions" box on the Payment screen.

PayPal is listed as the only Payment Method because PayPal will process all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) after you click the "Place Order" box. You can view and print an Invoice of your credit card transaction.

REGISTRATION OR CANCELLATION DEADLINE:
The deadline to register (or cancel a registration) is 12 noon on April 1, 2010.
To cancel a registration before the deadline, please send an e-mail to: mediacon@aol.com  

Cancellations e-mailed before the deadline will receive a 100% refund. After the deadline, you can send an alternate attendee in your place, but no refund is allowed.
