to "Media Consultants" and mailed before Thursday,
April 1, 2010 to:

If you mail a check to Media Consultants, you will be emailed a Receipt with
confirmation of your registration.
TO REGISTER AND PAY BY MAJOR CREDIT CARD:

After submitting the Online
Registration Form, you will be emailed a Confirmation message
within 24 hours if space is available. You will also be e-mailed
an Invoice from Media Consultants that you can pay online
through PayPal’s secure credit card processing system.
You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay the Invoice online
using any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
or Discover). If you DO have a PayPal account, you can also
pay online from your Bank account that you’ve registered
with PayPal.
If the Student's name or address is different than the name
or billing address on the credit card, or if you want to
pay for multiple Students in one credit card transaction,
list each Student's name and email address in the "Special
Instructions" box on the Online Registration form.
REGISTRATION OR CANCELLATION
DEADLINE:
The deadline to register (or cancel a registration) is 12
noon on April 1, 2010.
To cancel a registration before the deadline, please send
an e-mail to: mediacon@aol.com
Cancellations e-mailed before
the deadline will receive a 100% refund. After the deadline,
you can send an alternate attendee in your place, but no
refund is allowed.
