Miller and Chuck Wolf, who direct a staff of veteran
instructors, experienced role-players, network-quality videographers
and support personnel. |

Melanie Miller is President of Media Consultants. Melanie
has more than 25 years of broadcast news experience, most recently
as News Director of KTRH NewsRadio 740 AM in Houston. She
chaired Houston's Emergency Alert System (EAS), served on the
Houston LEPC, and helped develop Wally
Wise Guy to teach children how to Shelter In Place. An
Instructor at Texas A&M's Center for Marine Safety and Training,
Melanie co-chaired the U.S. Coast Guard's Public Information
Work Group that coordinates Public Information and Joint Information
Center operations under the Area Contingency Plan for oil spills
and hazmat releases into the Gulf of Mexico. |

Chuck Wolf is Vice President of Media Consultants. Chuck
has more than 35 years of broadcast news experience, most recently
as News Director at KIKK 96 FM Radio in Houston. Chuck
co-chairs the Houston/Galveston Regional PIO
Network, serves on the Deer Park and Fort Bend County
LEPC, and is the "Voice of the CAER
Line" (281-476-2237). A certified NIMS
Instructor, Chuck is a graduate of the "Advanced Public
Information Officer" course at FEMA's Emergency Management
Institute. He serves on the National Response Team's JIC
Work Group that developed national guidance on how to set up
and operate a Joint Information Center under the National
Incident Management System. |

Bob Gresser is an Instructor/Consultant for Media Consultants.
Bob has more than 20 years of broadcast news experience, most
recently as News Anchor at CNN, KTSA, KIKK, and KTRH Radio. A
certified NIMS Instructor, Bob developed NIMS-compatible Emergency
Management Plans for both METRO Transit Authority and ZaCh System
Corporation, and supervised the Simulation Cell during exercises
for Fort Bend County and the Harris County Hospital District
. He regularly serves as JIC Manager for the U.S. Strategic Petroleum
Reserve and role-plays as a media reporter for PIO training at
Sam Houston State University. |

| Chuck and Bob were hired by Transocean to serve as
its representatives in the Deepwater Horizon Joint Information Center
during the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico – the largest oil spill response in U.S. history. The Joint Information Center responded to more
than 56,000 media inquiries and received more than 23 million hits

| Melanie and Chuck were hired by the State
of Texas and Harris County to serve as Deputy
PIO/JIC Managers during the "Hurricane Katrina - Houston
Relief" operation at Reliant Park's Astrodomain complex where
more than 27,000 evacuees from Louisiana were fed, clothed and sheltered
from September 1-20, 2005. The Joint Information Center coordinated
media briefings and interviews with more than 680 news reporters
